Performance Classs

Women’s Strength Class
This program is ongoing

We are a community of women that are focused on their health and wellness. Open to women of all ages! Women with walking age children can also bring their kids in for structured PE that runs parallel with our Performance Journey Level 1 program. Women will experience a training schedule with them as the main focus, created to keep the core, pelvic floor and the postpartum body in mind.

Jump School is designed specifically for the court athlete or any athlete looking to improve their jumping power. This class cuts right to the chase and delivers reactive footwork (quickness), power movements, and high-force movements in the weight room.
