WHAT IS STRENGTH SCHOOL?
Strength School is a comprehensive strength program designed to enhance the fundamental and advanced qualities of improving overall strength, connective tissue strength, high velocity strength, and muscular endurance. This class is comprised of a
- loaded dynamic warm up that is specifically created to prepare athletes for weight room activities.
- The strength portion of the session will be focused on weight room and conditioning that is biased and appropriate for the targeted ages.
- An element of stamina and energy system development is a major priority of this program. All elements of conditioning will be addressed in specific and various dosages.
