About Mom’s Strength Class
The long term objective of our Mom’s Strength Class is to create a community of women that are focused on their health and wellness and want to have structured PE for children. Moms will experience a training schedule with them as the main focus, created to allow for safe return to exercise while keeping core, pelvic floor and the postpartum body in mind. In addition, keep your eyes out for Mom focus community events, keynote speakers with top specialists and access to women’s health resources.
The specific drills, exercises, and games are all based on our MOVE academy series which is a digital physical education curriculum for K-12 Grade. Kids require specific amounts of motor learning at the K-3 stage that can only be had by exploring a program such as we have created. They will work on things that are fun but also very intentional to their specific development cycles.
